Demi Lovato wore this outfit to the Redlight Traffic Dignity Gala, and I think she looks very femme fatale here.

Personally, I'm usually willing to spend a little bit more on a good jacket, to get a better fit, so I'd go for the blazer on the right, above (though it's on sale, 70% off for the next two days if you move super quick). However, if you're strapped for cash,
the blazer on the left is a good option too. The important thing is to stay away from zips or buckles when choosing a jacket for this outfit, or the style shifts from sophisticated chic, to biker chic (which is also fine, just different to this style :p).

Any basic loose fit tank will go well with this, but I like the one above because it comes down low enough to show under the jacket hem.

As for the pants, leather look jeggings make a good option, being cheap and comfortable, whilst still feeling like you're wearing actual pants.

Add on some killer black peep toe platforms, a statement gold bib style necklace, and a red lip for a pop of colour, and you're ready to party :)
